I just found this show and it is fantastic. There is no one else putting out this type of quality information for people considering building a custom home. I am in the process of listening to all past episodes with a notepad and pen. I don’t know if builders realize how important it is to put out content that shows their personality and skill to would-be customers but THIS is the way to do it. These folks even have me looking at Park City for my future build when that wasn’t even on my radar before. Please continue putting out this informative, concise and practical information.

This podcast was a wealth of information, from learning how the appreciation of our land could be used toward our construction loan down payment, to how to choose a builder and whether or not to use an architect.
