#70 Unleashing the Potential For Change: The Power of Six Months
You get two options in business - sit it out and "hope" something works, or go full out and make it happen! Which will you choose? In this episode, we chatted about the options every person in business gets to make.
The Crucial Choice: You have two options: actively pursue your goals ("get in the game") or passively watch from the sidelines ("sit on the bench").
The Power of Action: Taking initiative, even with small steps, can lead to significant progress within 6 months.
The Cost of Inaction: Staying stagnant guarantees no progress. If your travel business isn't thriving, consider if a lack of action might be the culprit.

#69 When They Just Won't Make A Decision
Do you ever wonder why people aren't saying yes?
They ask you to quote and quote and quote?
It's not because they enjoy making your job miserable, but instead, they're just simply unsure of how to make a decision.
In this episode we talk about what keeps people trapped in indecision.

#68 I've Got A Niche Now What?
Everyone says get a niche and all of your problems will be solved! This week on the podcast we did a coaching call with Dina Farmer of Spectrum Getaways.
Dina owns a Travel Agency that helps Autistic Families to be able to travel and see the world. Such a needed service for families.
Yet... even with getting a big influencer to shout her out and being crystal clear on the 'who' it's just not connecting as much as she is looking for.
In this episode, we dove into the why/how of what is stopping these families from traveling or saying yes.
This is a great example of needing to go deeper into the niche. To see their struggles from a perspective where getting a vacation is more work than not, no matter how deeply they need that break.

#67 Finding Your Sales Confidence with Gina Trimarco
This week on the episode is with a woman who I view as a powerhouse not only in sales - but in owning your own power.
"If you're dealing with humans, you're dealing with sales". Sales is a part of everything we do, yet somehow we let our fear of selling (or rejection and failure) stop us from putting ourselves out there.
In this episode, Gina breaks down how to have confidence in selling travel and selling yourself.
You're not just selling - you're having an impact on other people's lives.

#66 ADHD And Being A Travel Advisor
This episode was inspired by a question asked inside our Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/travelagentobjections about my journey with selling travel and ADHD.
In typical ADHD style, this can't be shared in a simple way, so I think it's safe to say this is the first of a few episodes you will see come out over the next few months about what it means to be in travel as a business owner with ADHD.
PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT a medical professional, what I share is my story, what's worked for me and what I wish I would have known. My journey is not the same as others, and is intended for 'entertainment' purposes only, not as a medical suggestion or advice.

As a newer travel professional and finding this podcast, it was super easy to binge. I love how Glenda tells it like it is to really help us learn how to be successful in the industry. And that Canadian accent might work it’s way into the daily voices in your head 🤣
Great!
