Love these episodes
I love the short and sweet episodes - they give really helpful / research-supported answers to baby sleep questions, and for me the podcast format is easier to find time for than reading a book, although I do want to read her book sometime. Also, there’s something about Anna’s voice that is so comforting! Thank you for the show!
