2.5 GoPro Mountain Games Audio Collage

For today's episode I wanted to do something a little different. I just returned from Vail, Colorado where the GoPro Mountain Games came back after a year's hiatus. It was so fun to be back racing with the Colorado SUP community. The 4.5 mile downriver race was well attended and I ran around and tried to capture the vibe with these audio clips. I hope you enjoy the format.

Great podcast.

I was pleasantly surprised with how this SUP podcast is presented. It’s definitely a subject that lends itself to video, but this podcast is a joy to listen to during my commute.

NH is the place to be!

Mike, this podcast is awesome. I forgot that you had this, and binged on some episodes during a recent road trip.
I loved the interview with Marty P, that focused on the community development happening in Franklin. Being a NH native who spent a bit of time in the White Mountains / Franklin area growing up, it’s quite inspiring to hear about people like you and Marty, rolling up your sleeves, and making it happen. It’s been a long time coming..def a recipe for success that I’d imagine is already reaping the benefits, and has nowhere to go but up.

The Dan G and Slater T interviews were very interesting as well.

Keep it up!

All STOKE ABOARD!!!!!

I recently Competed in my first ever stand up paddleboard competition. It was a 5K flat water race in Park city Utah. And I’ve been a flyfishing guide in the Arkansas River Valley for a few years now. So I knew I had to stay loyal to the bad fish brand and movement. So I found a rental shop in the Utah area that was able to get me on a bad fish SUP. And I absolutely fell in love with this competition aspect of it mid race and wanted to figure out how I can get out and do this more. After the race I started pursuing more information about the sport and the movement that bad fish is trying to push in this industry. After finding this podcast I’ve been listening to every single one possible. And it is only giving me more stoked to get out and paddle. And also twice as stoked on staying loyal to the bad fish brand and the movement they are trying to place in this industry.

It’s a MUST LISTEN.

Brands like bad fish are outstanding became they are doing more then just selling boards. They are selling adventure. That’s a brand I want to get behind!! Mike clearly wants to adventure more then anyone around and you can tell. Not only that but he wants to help you adventure just as bad.

Cheers boys!
