Loved hearing the origin story and so much about Travis! That’s the most I’ve heard him talk about himself and it was so interesting. It’s an honor and privilege to be a part of such an amazing creative team! Can’t wait to see what’s next!

Huge Travis and Melissa fan. They are hilarious together and I loved hearing about the origin story of Banko and how much it’s grown. Y’all should be proud of all the hard work! Looking forward to the next episode.

Why would an interior design firm believe that spending time and money to produce a podcast (about themselves) is a good idea? That by itself is bizarre, but the timing is particularly suspect considering they just laid off 7 employees. That said, this is par for the course with this “leadership team”. Have fun listening to an egotistical dialogue full of self praise and adoration. It’s honestly a great window into the mind of someone that truly believes they can do no wrong. No sensical businessperson would publish something like this and applaud themselves for it after laying off employees (and after their ridiculous track record of high staff turnover over the past two years). Y’all have fun doing whatever it is you do (design is definitely not top priority) in that crazy echo chamber of an office!
