Do we really need another cycling podcast?

Absolutely. I've been listening/reading to Tim Cusick for the better part of ten years, and my current cycling podcast is FULL. But with this podcast, I'll be taking some others off my list, so I can listen to each one of these three or four times. Give it a listen!
