Recipe: Cozy Apple Cinnamon Muffins
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup peeled, chopped apples
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with liners.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
3. In another bowl, combine sugar, applesauce, egg, butter, and vanilla.
4. Fold in the dry ingredients, then add chopped apples.
5. Fill muffin cups ¾ full and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
