I am excited to welcome Kate Lovett, the founder of Kate's Sea Moss, to the show today! Kate was in a horrific motorbike accident in 2017 while on a surfing trip in the Philippines. She had multiple lifesaving surgeries and was in the ICU for 6 weeks. Surgeons told Kate she would never have a normal life again. While in recovery and unable to walk, Kate took it upon herself to naturally heal the body. Kate was almost fully recovered through a vegan diet and exercise after a year and a half, except she couldn't kick the fatigue. Kate tried energy drinks, workout drinks, and everything you can think of naturally to get rid of the fatigue, and nothing worked.
