In Psalm 103:1-3, David talks about blessing the Lord. He says, “Forget not all of his benefits.” Praising the Lord and blessing His name is essential to your life as a Believer. He wants to bless you and to heal you from all sickness and disease. By his stripes we are healed. You cannot look at God’s Word and not see that He wants you to walk in divine health and strength. Where did sickness come from? It is a byproduct of a fallen world.

If you refuse to forgive another person, God will not forgive you. The road to peace of mind begins with forgiveness, which is first an act of your will, not an emotion. You will never be happy until you forgive those who have hurt you, but forgiveness demands a change in conduct. To forgive without demanding change is to make the grace of God an accomplice to evil.

Your flesh is always going to desire the things of the flesh. Your spirit craves the things of God. Your soul is the man in the middle; it’s either walking in the fruits of the Spirit or in the flesh. If you abide in God’s Word, you have the power (through the Holy Spirit) to crucify your flesh. It’s not easy, but it can be done by God’s grace and through His strength.

If two agree concerning anything, ask and it will be done. As Believers, we have power over demons and disease. The power of God lies within us; we can use it to change the world around us. We can usher in revival and take America back. Fear says, “You’re defeated!” Faith says, “The victory is yours through Christ!”

There is your point of view and God’s point of view. Sometimes we interpret what He wants from our perspective, which doesn’t quite line up. Depression impacts so many of us but it’s not at all how Christ intended for us to live. He came that we might live in abundance, filled with joy. Apart from Jesus, we can do nothing.

How does God’s Word benefit us on a daily basis? We are the Bride of Christ, and we will soon be arriving at a banquet table for a seven-year celebration. Visualize a table where everything God wants you to have is available to you. The table has four legs representing the pillars of our faith. What are the things that center you in your faith? The power of the Word of God is the first pillar. Everything we need is found here. What do the other three legs of the table represent?
