128. Establishing Baselines and Body Control
Why is exercise so important?
Exercise Professionals use the phrase, "exercise is medicine." If it is medicine, how are we dosing it?
More importantly, why are still focused on arbitrary exercises, sets, and rep schemes instead of individually dosed challenges?
Properly dosed challenges may be the difference between a client feeling great, or ending the session early.
This is the dawn of the modality of exercise being used as force diagnostics.
Instead of making claims to what is happening, this episode is about observing and documenting. Then asking what the client perceives.
This, along with establishing baselines, build the direction of where to intervene or not with any client.
Enjoy the episode.

Customer Reviews
A leadership worthy podcast
I have found this podcast friendly, useful and smart. I see the 2 hosts as leaders in the fitness industry. I hope this reaches other self employed practitioners and trainers like myself.
Too often there are podcasts launching off a whim and cute ideas. This one is not one of those. I’m impressed with Keith and Brandon’s willingness to share their experiences and show humility in their business process.
Very Useful
As a self-employed fitness professional who has been independent for the last 11 years the information that Keith and Brandon provide is priceless. There are countless books and resources for small business in general, but this is the only resource I have found that is comprehensively directed towards the fitness professional. Keep up the good work gentlemen.
