I love this podcast. I also hadn’t read the Twilight books since high school, and hearing Meghan and guests talk through them brought back so much nostalgia. I 100% binged the whole first season, and stayed up literally all night to do so, it was so good and just kept me hooked.
All they do is rehash the plot.

And the give their (pretty bad) opinions on the plot. There are dozen other podcasts that do the same thing but better because they those podcasts try to understand what the author is trying to do with the plot and characters. They also swear a lot which gets annoying.

What can you do when you’re in your mid-20s but want to relive your childhood? Well you can reread old favorites, like Harry Potter That should make for an entertaining podcast, but the podcast host, lest they be cancelled, reassures us that JKR is trash, they are “taking the books back for the fans,” and have scrupulously purchased 2nd hand copies. Clearly they are pure-bloods! Unfortunately they’ve watched the movies so much—one wonders if they are second-hand dvds or (gasp) they are streaming the movies— that they can barely get through the Order of the Phoenix. I sympathize, for I fear I can really not get through the episode. Do yourself a favor and listen to the Harry Potter audiobooks. Both Jim Dale & Stephen Fry are great.
