Episode 38: Becoming a Real Estate Mogul with Sandy Cook

Episode 38: Becoming a Real Estate Mogul with Sandy Cook

This week's episode is Part 2 of a 2-part series featuring the incredible Sandy Cook.  Last year Sandy sold over $37 million in real estate, making her one of the top producers in her region.  In her free time, she owns multiple investments including stocks, hotels, senior centers and more and  has run numerous business ventures both solo and with her husband.   The best part is that Sandy does everything that she does with a smile on her face.

Sandy started her working life as a greeter at swimming pool and went on to have jobs at McDonald's, a paper route, a lifeguard and a then became a waitress where  saved up enough money to buy her first condo.

Sandy eventually married, had kids and helped her husband grow his businesses.  She helped so much that she basically took over the business completely and pushed it to the next level of success.  Through hard work, dedication and did we mention hard work, she not only grew her husbands businesses, but also grew her financial and business savvy, surpassing her husband's income and becoming a millionaire in her own right in 2006.

Sandy's husband left for heaven earlier than they had expected and she was widowed fairly young.  Being a super strong boss lady, Sandy has continued to grow her and her late husband's empires; growing and selling his senior care centers and roofing businesses by being hands, taking the wheel and making the businesses even more profitable that before, all while becoming an investor in a hotel, numerous parcels of commercial real estate and most recently purchasing 26 acres of land in Tennessee where she hopes to develop a tiny home community.

Sandy is the ultimate proof that kindness can win.  She reminds me every opportunity that I have the honor of talking to her that you have to be YOU, that you do anything you set your mind to and that with hard work-You Got This!

Great information

I love listening to this podcast

KellyOlexa ,

This woman is someone we ALL need to listen to.

I first connected with Krista in a FB group-I then asked her to be a guest on my podcast AND WOW. This woman knows her stuff- and what I love most about her is that she’s not a blowhard just bragging about how much she knows- she’s really good at reading the audiences mind and speaking to their inner fears and doubts. Now that I’m subscribed to her show and reading her books- I’m convinced she’s the woman we all should be tuning into for money and wealth building wisdom. Keep up the great work!!!
