Great way to start the week

I love listening to these every Monday. It gets me in such a good mindset for the rest of the week. I like to listen to these while I’m doing some light cleaning, it’s like getting a small coaching session and makes me feel like I have my stuff together (at least for a few minutes).

Aid for an Anxious Mind

As an anxious person, this pandemic and everything that followed certainly threw me for a loop. I found Robyn and this podcast so helpful and starting to understand how to adjust to this new normal. It’s not been easy but it’s been so nice to have a guide :)
