    Episode 203 | Jersey's Farewell Beer Review w/ Friends

    Episode 203 | Jersey's Farewell Beer Review w/ Friends

The One Minute Beer Review with Jersey & Tim was a silly idea Marshall had just a couple months after The Brülosophy Podcast started. It became a staple of the show thanks in large part to the huge personality of one Jonathan "Jersey" Burd. With Jersey recently retiring from the military, he and his family moved to a new state, so the guys got together for a final farewell show where they reviewed beers, read comments submitted by listeners, and reminisced about the past 4 years.

Mike litorus ,

Love it. This podcast is “RAD”

New to brewing. I was searching the internet for brewing tips. And came across brulosiphy. Amazing. I have answered so many questions and solved many many problems just by listening during my commute. Half way to listening to every episode. Thanks guys for what you do. So very helpful. Thank you.

Listen, learn and laugh!

As a new home brewer there are a million resources you can find to learn. Marshall’s podcast will quickly become a go-to. He’ll explore topics from elementary to super complex, always bringing you back to reality. He doesn’t take himself too seriously, which can be a turn off when talking to other (know all) brewers. Thanks for all the wisdom, curiosity and support Marshall! 45 batches in, this hobby wouldn’t be as much fun without you and your partners. Cheers!

Excellent if you question traditional wisdom

These are great prod ask for those that ask themselves “what would happen if I…?” Or “is this step really that important?” When it comes to their home brewing.

Marshall and his crew are great at asking questions and experimenting without being pretentious. Even the episodes that don’t relate to my brewing are entertaining.

The one minute beer review is about as good as it gets and is always entertaining.

Great work.
