TILT

Great show. Now I need to go buy a TILT so I can monitor my fermentation and know for sure when it is done.

PurpleSliderKyle ,

Oh look - old white guys tell you what to do!

This is a perfect example of what's wrong with this hobby and this industry - a couple of old white guys that tell you how to do things and brush away anything new and innovative. Guess what fellas - I have gotten a medal for my kveik lager, I make a vitallity starter with great results, and I warm dry hop as just a start. The whole sham of "do what works for you" is over shadowed by your "this works for us, so do it". Do better, mostly Denny.
