EP 58: Quanita Roberson on Birthed Out of Belonging: A Path to Heal the Mother Wound

EP 58: Quanita Roberson on Birthed Out of Belonging: A Path to Heal the Mother Wound

In this heart-warming episode, Quanita examines what it looks like to "mother" in the modern age and questions some of our belief systems about independence. She believes that our greatest healing happens in community.
    You'll learn:
** The 3 stages of being an initiated adult and how to be spirit led in our decision making
** How to connect with your ancestors as an American who doesn’t feel their “roots” with the land
** The myth of the indepedence and what it means to become interdependent
Quanita’s parents had her when they were 15 years old—they were growing up just as she was. Her family was deeply rooted in community and wasn’t always a safe space to be. Because of this combination she started her healing journey at a young age. She is a healer. It has taken me a long time to grow into this… to grow into herself. Mostly because she never quite understood why a person would choose this life. Now she understands that a life like this chooses you. She is a facilitator dedicated to addressing embedded trauma. She’s a spiritual teacher, speaker, author, life coach, and storyteller. Her work over the past 20 years has been focused in the areas of healing, initiation, grief, leadership, diversity, and inclusion.

Completely Captivated

I very rarely listen to a podcast episode all the way through, but episode 51 really had me hooked! I appreciated Melissa’s fresh take cultural appropriation and the benefits of the meno-passage. I definitely want to learn more about both Tanya and Melissa’s work!

I listened for a 4 hour carride and enjoyed and learned so much. Great content. The feminine is so powerful and needed at this time. Thank you for your wisdom. Add 1 more circle to your million ! I am making in happen in PA monthly since May

So much feminine life!

I love this podcast as a priestess who primarily works with the goddess, as a women’s circle facilitator and as a spiritual seeker. Tanya and her guests bring powerful messages for women to step into liberation and freedom from patriarchy or anything else that limit us.

I always feel so empowered and ready to continue my work of supporting and empowering women.

Give a few episodes a listen and be ready to feel seen and to own your woman power even more.
