The Buckeye State Sheriffs' Association Podcast

On this podcast we will introduce elected Sheriffs and their staff. We strive to build a connection with the communities we serve by discussing who we are, our education & experience, and how we got to the positions we’re in today. We’ll discuss pressing issues and current trends in law enforcement, and highlight special programs within different agencies across Ohio.

Michael Lutz, was killed in the line of duty while working the night shift for the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office.  The Sheriff will also talk about an event that drew national attention on October 18, 2011, when multiple exotic animals (lions/tigers/bears/monkeys) were set free and had to be put down for the safety of the community.
