What is Rank & Rent SEO and How Can It Work For You w/ Luke Van Der Veer

What is Rank & Rent SEO and How Can It Work For You w/ Luke Van Der Veer

EPISODE SUMMARY: In Episode 107 of The Business Equation, I sit down with Luke Van Der Veer to talk about Rank & Rent SEO. What is it, how does it work, how can it help you generate leads for your business, and how can you tap into Luke's expertise on the subject and work with him directly? We also talk about how virtual assistants (VAs) can help your business thrive as well.

ABOUT LUKE: Luke Van Der Veer received an MBA in Human Resources and, right out of grad school, landed a highly sought-after position at General Electric as a Benefits Analyst. Although his family and friends congratulated him on getting a job with such a prestigious company, he hated it.

Only one week into working at GE, he was already searching for a way to escape the corporate 9-to-5 grind.

He tried it all—affiliate marketing, network marketing, Facebook advertising and even selling products on eBay and Amazon. Although he got one of his side hustles up to $35K a month, he was still working seven days a week and reinvesting the money to grow his business.

That’s when he came across a lead generation method called "Rank & Rent SEO" and spent thousands of dollars and months of his time refining the most effective system. By the six-month mark, he had entirely replaced his full-time income, finally quit his job at GE and has never looked back.

One of his students, a concrete contractor, earns more than $20K a month from a single lead generation website.

An Innovative Use of Crypto & NFTs w/ Riggs Eckelberry

An Innovative Use of Crypto & NFTs w/ Riggs Eckelberry

EPISODE SUMMARY: In Episode 106 of The Business Equation, I'm joined by Riggs Eckelberry, CEO of OriginClear, for a great conversation about how Riggs and his company are using innovation and cutting-edge technology to execute their operations AND pay their investors. We also dig into Riggs' professional history and learn about how he arrived at OriginClear.

ABOUT RIGGS: Riggs Eckelberry, a tech pioneer at the intersection of water & crypto. He is the founder and CEO of the innovative water technology company, OriginClear, which is delivering water solutions for industrial customers worldwide. OriginClear has developed and licensed an invention that treats industrial and agricultural waste water with very little energy, and no chemicals. And now, industrial users can treat their water right where they use it, using prepackaged “point of use” water treatment systems that have an amazing life cycle of up to 100 years or more.

Washington is frantically allocating billions upon billions to water infrastructure funding. But, says Riggs Eckelberry, fast-growing inflation will kill all these massive programs. Sure, they’ll add the cost overruns. But you can't keep up with a runaway train. Riggs has the solution: direct, local, decentralized action. His prefab, modular water systems can be delivered directly to industry with no money upfront, just pay by the gallon, on long- term contracts that are indexed for inflation.

Here’s the twist: Riggs intends to pay investors their continuing profit shares in Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). Given the 50-year plus lifecycles of these systems, he expects a huge premium on these NFTs, and they will be tradeable. Riggs predicts this could scale up into the first global water marketplace, potentially supporting subsidized projects in poverty-stricken areas. Is this science fiction? Ask Riggs and find out.

Riggs was once a happy tech executive. In 2005, he helped take a security software company public as its president. Then, he pitched a fund and─long story short─Riggs ended up as CEO of a small public company working to disrupt industrial water, a huge, but slow-moving trillion- dollar global market. Riggs is uniquely qualified to disrupt this industry, having learned management in the nonprofit space, captained oceangoing ships, and achieved several tech exits during the dot-com boom.

How to Convert Your Equity Into Cash w/ Matthew Sullivan

EPISODE SUMMARY: It's time to convert your home equity into cold hard cash!

Introducing a new, innovative way to make the most of your equity without taking on a loan and being saddled with monthly payments.

To introduce you to this new initiative, I'm pleased to welcome Matthew Sullivan, the CEO & Founder of QuantmRE, onto the show. He's going to break down how this new strategy works and how he and his company plan to build on the infrastructure they've put in place to date.

ABOUT MATTHEW & HIS NEW INITIATIVE: Matthew is the CEO and Founder of QuantmRE, a company that solves a real problem for homeowners by helping them access a portion of their home equity without taking on more debt.
This new financing tool is not a HELOC, it's not a loan and it's not a reverse mortgage. That means homeowners can get cash from their equity with no interest and no monthly payments. Matthew and his team have helped over a hundred homeowners use their home equity to pay off expensive credit cards, remodel their home, pay college tuition fees or to diversify into other investments, all without taking on extra debt.
Matthew has a proven track record in real estate innovation through his experiences as Co-Founder of the Secured Real Estate Income Strategies Fund, and as President and Founder of Crowdventure.com, a real estate crowdfunding company.
Originally from London, Matthew worked with Richard Branson's corporate finance team and was a director of the Virgin-sponsored London Air Ambulance. A helicopter pilot himself, he is also the host of his own podcast, “Hooked On Startups.”

What is Diversity Certification and How Does It Help Your Business w/ Heather Cox

EPISODE SUMMARY: Today's episode of The Business Equation Podcast takes an in-depth look at a very important topic: Diversity Certification.

Diversity Certification is an asset that can potentially help eligible companies add thousands...and in some cases, hundreds of thousands, of additional revenue to their company year over year. The big thing is...many companies look passed it because the application process is too complicated or they simply don't see what kind of value certification can bring them.

This is where Certify My Company comes in. My guest on Episode 103, Heather Cox, is the Co-Founder and President of this helpful organization whose mission is to not only help companies discover the advantages of diversity certification, but to help them through the time-consuming process of applying for certification and putting it to work within their organization.

Today, Heather will share the power of building relationships with diverse suppliers, why diversity certification is a critical element to success for companies eligible for said certification, how Certify My Company simplifies the process and becomes a trusted resource for the certification process and beyond, and much more.

If you're unfamiliar with Diversity Certification, have wondered if it's right for your brand, or have questions you'd love answered on the subject, this is an episode you don't want to miss!

You can connect with Heather at certifymycompany.com and follow her brand on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

While it appears that social media rules the roost when it comes to how brands choose to enhance their visibility, there is a ton of value in Search Engine Optimization, or SEO.
