In honor of October being Domestic Violence Awareness month.  We will be gaining some tip from Jenny Allen  a successful London based Christian blogger who has a passion for writing and sharing her love of encouraging women through the gifts that God has given her via her website heartofrefuge.org She has spent many years doing voluntary work in the field of homelessness, Domestic violence, and sexual assault. She has also ministered to women who live a life of prostitution.

An effective leader is someone who is willing to step up to the plate and give back to the community, share their time, and a little of their life.  They also do not mind being involved during Holiday gatherings evening if its the busy season of  year.  They engage, entertain, and sacrifice the passions to interact and become involved with others.  It truly pays off in the long run check some tips.

 


As mentioned in previous episodes we are continuing with applications from Emotional Intelligence.  It is very relevant in today our everyday life with family, work, and church. Because there is a larger part of our society, that is unaware how effective it is to apply these skills in decision making they encounter unresolved issues.  So, for today's episode, we are going to focus on some approaches to apply to your day-to-day living to be successful in leading.
