    How to Unlock High Performance by Rethinking Your Thoughts w/ Jamie Damsker

    When we think of what unlocks high performance at work - effective leadership, passion and good culture - we usually focus on adding a skill or level of knowledge.  What if we already possess everything we need, but it’s just being obscured by our own thoughts?
