About a year ago she discovered that being a mouth breather, especially at night, was causing serious damage to her overall health. It was affecting Chalene’s sleep, oral health, ADHD, and voice. After doing sufficient research, she decided to try mouth-taping at night. A year later, Chalene is here to share her results.
