The challenges of operationalizing AI ethics

In this English episode of the podcast, Cathrine Bui, founder of Bui Consulting and Research Fellow at Charité University Hospital, talks with Michael Puntschuh about the challenges of certifying ethical standards for AI systems. Michael, researcher on human rights in the digital age, worked on the development of a standard for AI trustworthiness which can be used to describe whether a product adheres to specific values. They both shed light on which uses such a standard could have as well as the limits of this approach.
