Episode 307: Are You More Than An Athlete? with Michael Liriano
Going into its third year, this pandemic has changed all of us in more ways than one. One of the ways we've seen it impact the world is in the way people, in particular athletes, are beginning to prioritize their mental health. In the midst of the pandemic and summer 2021 Olympics, multiple athletes struggled with their mental health and prioritized their health over personal achievements and medals. On this episode we have guest and college athlete Michael Liriano to discuss what it means to put your mental health first as an athlete and how to balance your personal duty to yourself with the duty you have to other stakeholders in your performance as an athlete.
This is an important conversation that needs to continue amongst other people, athletes and fans alike. This conversation we hope, is the beginning of many conversations that allow us to bring back the humanity to humans and see people as people beyond their specific professions or skills. We hope you enjoy and learn something new.

Episode 306: The Blueprint with Evie Myers and Natalia Carr
Welcome back to our second to last episode of the season. Sad, right? We know but we still have two amazing episodes left for you guys including today's episode. This episode, I (Camryn ), sit down with guests Evie and Natalia as we talk about the blueprint that is: Black Women. Being the blueprint doesn't just mean that we are copied and imitated but it also means that we are objectified. For far too long, we as Black women have had our bodies, faces, hair, and personality picked apart, scrutinized, and even sexualized. We have a deep and honest conversation about how this has affected how we experienced life as little Black girls, how we entered into our Black womanhood, and what we demand of the world moving forward. This is the beginning of many more conversations to be had on this topic and we hope that you enjoy this episode and are able to learn from it. Playlist links below!
