Church Comparison | The DNA Trap

Church Comparison | The DNA Trap

The comparison trap is a negative cycle that can occur when someone feels better than or worse than another person. Some say that comparing oneself to others is an ego game that can lead to loss. 2 Corinthians 10:12 says, "But they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise"

Setting goals can help ensure the strategy is working. Expectations are strong beliefs that determine our reality and impact those around us. In a self-fulfilling prophecy, people may rise or fall depending on our expectations and beliefs.

Episode 242!!!

First, I want to thank Prentiss for covering this topic on the podcast. It is already an amazing podcast because it never fails to cover topics that will continue to help church sound ministries for years to come. Today is interesting because of the advancements in artificial intelligence. I personally understand how to use some of the tools and I understand how fast the tools are adapting to some of the needs and requests we are making. In the near future, we will be able to use the tool to help us approach sound design in a matter of minutes. This is an awesome podcast series and today just touched my spirit. Thank you for this Prentiss!
