AL gets personal about how he was in a dark place not too long ago and what made him go a seek professional help and how that helped him. Adrianne gets into how she wants to start doing things more family oriented and how important family is. Then we get to Steven who recently retired from the military and how he didn’t realize how he was setting his family up for the long run. They also get into some stories about times where they thought they wouldn’t have made it through or maybe they shouldn’t have made it through.
