    116. Embracing Indigenous Culture with Melissa Walterson

Join us on this week’s episode for a heartwarming conversation with Melissa Walterson, as she shares her journey of accepting and embracing her Nisichawayasihk Cree and Pasqua roots after years of growing up in a predominantly non-Indigenous life.

This feeling of not belonging led her to a path of reconnection with her identity, her birth family, and fully embracing her culture.
