We’re two best friends who are building a brand with the mission of amplifying what it means to be well. We strive to be as authentic as possible so that our conversations facilitate true connection while building upon a community that values a more conscious way of life.
We’re known as “The Cowboys” by those we love, so it’s only fitting that our brand reflects exactly who we are. We release a podcast episode every Wednesday, so tune in, and enjoy this wild ride.

189. Dedicated To Our High School Selves (& the guy who kissed my dog)
Howdy, friends! This episode is all about getting to know us Cowboys a little bit better. It’s been a while since we’ve done a Q&A, so we thought it’d be fun to switch things up and get even more candid than usual (& yes, it’s possible haha). The questions are light-hearted and the answers genuine which sets this episode up for some very easy listening. We chat about the Sprouse twins, cringy high school memories, a** grabbing, the terrors of the internet, Tess’s wedding pr...

188. Finding Your Voice & Inner Confidence
This week’s episode is yet another very honest and open talk-it-all-out kind of conversation that has us remembering why we started this podcast in the first place. We get into:-acceptance vs surrender-being a bit more unhinged on this podcast and doubting ourselves less-learning from past experiences & sharing them in order to expand the greater collective-how we can boost morale with some tools that can help us all self-regulate more efficiently-the joys of growing older and not be...

187. Thanks Universe, More Please!
This week’s episode is made up of classical conscious cowboy content (we hope you appreciate that use of alliteration) that will help you move through life with a little bit more pep in your step. We get into the art of hangin out, a six-month check in regarding New Year’s intentions, our themes for the week, “Thanks Universe, more please”, Momento Mori, a Conscious Cowboys Coffee Table book, and finish off this episode showcasing that we will indeed be sisters for life. We hope you...

186. What Are You Waiting For?
We’ve gotten in the habit of choosing themes for our week as of late, and the theme of this week is “what are you waiting for?” To be more specific, we’re brining awareness to the fact that each and every one of us only gets this one life (which one could argue, but we can get into that another time) and so, by keeping that in mind we’re able to truly savor this life experience that we’re all so blessed to have. Which also highlights the fact that we’re very much so in our feels this week.&nb...

185. Going After What You Want and Comparing Yourself To Others
Welcome back, friends! If we could give this episode a theme, it would go under the tab of Life Musings from yours truly, Madison & Tess. In this ep, we get into “learning by living”, building the skill-set of being able to make a mistake, reflect, and grow from said mis-steps, cognitive dissonance, comparison as a positive event rather than it being classified as the “thief of joy”, and naturally, we wrap it all up with something light like our love for repeating songs. We hope that ...

184. Not Taking Things Personally
In this week’s episode, we’re talking about not taking things personally after noticing that this very topic has been a pivotal theme within our daily experiences over the last couple of weeks. From our collective experiences, we’ve found that taking things personally is a popular go-to that can cause us to feel attacked by another’s actions/behaviors, so we thought it’d be helpful to breakdown how we shift that response pattern. We get into compassion for others as well as compassion towards ...

love this pod
I’ve been listening to this podcast for the past 6 months or so and it’s become a favorite part of my week! Tess and Madison are so uplifting and upbeat but relatable. They keep it real. I love that it’s a mix of wellness, girl talk and inspiration and they keep me laughing throughout. Keep it up cowboys ❤️
hooked!
since discovering the pod, the CC babes have been a crucial part of my wednesday mornings. they radiate so much positivity and encouragement throughout all of their episodes. this, along with laughs and authenticity through the experiences that they share individually and together all making for a great listen. it’s a show that can be enjoyed by both men and women as i have even gotten my husband hooked on it.
side note: it’s refreshing to know that they have made it extremely accessible to give any sort of feedback through their social media in terms of what we would love to hear more of.
keep killin it girls! we love you
This has nothing to do with cowboys.
Other than their token use of the word howdy or photoshoots with party city hats, there is nothing here that relates to western culture; If you want to hear an echo chamber of two privileged gals talk about how strong and powerful they are, or their beverly hills champagne problems then this is for you. Real housewives is also available.
