Poor view on millennials

I think it’s funny these old farts think all millennials care about are high tech operating screens. Most people that are working in construction don’t care about tech. They care about working somewhere that appreciates their employees and working a job that allows them to pay their bills. The millennials that are in construction are in it by choice and deserve a little bit more credit than you guys give. But if you keep babying them that’s all your going to get for an employee is a baby.
