KSU started 60 years ago as a two-year community college. Today, it is a doctoral university with approximately 43,000 students. She shares the innovative strategies they've put in place to counter challenges that arose due to the pandemic and some of the initiatives KSU started that helped their Human Resources team achieve an overall satisfaction level of more than 90% in their customer surveys.
