This podcast is great because the differnig topics and great guests. I learn something from every podcast. I don't get to listen to every episode as I have online training I also need to consume, but the podcast is enjoyable and I can listen with my family in the car and they also enjoy.

Dr. Martin's interview with Charles Horton demonstrates how to live big, and develop habits and cultures for success. An engaging and warm interview, I could have listened to a couple more hours of these two.

Darren Martin is an amazing individual. He is someone who can really give you a true perspective of how organizations really work. He has an uncanny ability to help someone challenge their thought process and actions and see how they impact the bottom line. His podcasts are full of thought provoking tidbits that can help anyone elevate their and their organizations performance! Don't forget about Kevin Burgess. Kevin adds a ton of insight and perspective that makes the podcasts something that truly should be heard by all organizational leaders!

Daren is the best! He offers practical advice that is easy to understand yet inspiring and often profound! Definitely a series to add to your play list!

Entertaining, funny, but mostly insightful!

Daren not only brings humor & facts to his interviews but a healthy dose of real world experience & knowhow. It is refreshing to find something to listen to that is both informative as well as entertaining. He is spot on and brings to the forefront an amalgam of anecdotes that drive the point home. Simply put if you listen to his advise and not just hear it you & your company will be much better for it. Enjoyable & Informative! Worth a listen!

Great and important information;

With so many podcasts out there these days it’s very hard to find one that does two very important things for the audience in a very balanced way—1. Educates them; 2. Humors them. I’ve listened to every podcast of Dr. Martin’s and his colleague Kevin and I must say that the content that they offer is not only practical it is challenging and educational. More than that they are very easy to listen to as they inject very natural humor in just the right doses. I look forward to whatever else these gentleman put together in the near future. I highly highly recommend this podcast to anyone looking for an edge to help them get ahead in life.

Daren brings a great perspective to how we need to "do buisiness" now to ensure our people are fully engaged and effective. Daren has a laid back approach that makes you think about things without feeling like you've been preached to by a professor. Thanks for sharing!
