A necessary podcast for all dentists
I listen to this podcast every morning on my way to work and I must say that this podcast gets me fired up for the day. Paul is so good at communicating how to provide an excellent experience for his patients. He’s extremely positive and just all around enjoyable to listen to. He’s a fantastic interviewer, too, and you will get so many pearls out of his topics towards the ends of the episodes. Learn about systems, books for dentists, improving the customer experience, how to kill it as an owner and associate, and more. Paul is definitely one of a kind in the dental community.
