    Formerly a Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Accreditrust Technologies, a digital credential processing startup, Joe created go-to-market strategies for several industry segments. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of the Market Development Organization and a key member of the Operating Committee of Post Foods, a billion-dollar consumer packaged goods company. He was also the former Chief Marketing Officer of CIT Group, a major financial services company.
    Joe has consulted for many large organizations in the CPG, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Technology and Entertainment industries, as well as start-up businesses in several industries and at various stages of development. He is extremely well-connected to many key executives across multiple industries.
    Joe was the Co-Founder & CEO of eGolfScore, a real-time mobile golf technology company that developed one of the first apps on a mobile device. As a Product Manager at Western Union, Joe created a successful marketing and promotional campaign with Hoop Dreams, #1 documentary film.

    Toby Redshaw is responsible for Verizon’s Enterprise Innovation and 5G Solutions area. He previously ran 5G Ecosystems, Innovation and Product Development, the AR/VR and Location Services/Geo Intelligence Business.

    Prior to joining Verizon, Toby was most recently CEO of Kevington Advisors, a leading-edge consultancy offering services in enterprise technology strategy and transformation, coaching start-ups and various government/military engagements.

    Toby previously held Global CIO positions at American Express and Aviva PLC, HQ in London. His responsibilities also included Risk, NPI, eCommerce.

    He had simultaneous product, marketing, strategy, venture, diversity and technology responsibilities during the six years prior at Motorola, while also working as Executive Chairman of a start-up portfolio company.

    Toby also helped found and run a global start-up based, the first cloud-based solution platform and next gen supply chain for hospitality out of Silicon Valley, China, London and Ohio.

    He started his career as one of the first employees on the international side of FedEx, where he had a 17 year career in business and IT based in Asia, Latin America and US.

    Among his recognitions, Toby was named to Top CTO 25 – Most Influential IT leaders by InfoWorld and Top 50 Global CIOs by InformationWeek.

    Toby is the founding chairman (emeritus) of the Kellogg Innovation Network (originally at Kellogg Graduate School of Business, now TWIN Global). He co-chairs the working group on scale disruptive technologies at the Council on Competitiveness, sits on the DELL IT Advisory Board and the advisory board of the Lake Nona Impact Forum. He was born and raised in Mexico City and is proud to have become a U.S. citizen in 2014.
