Bridge of Stories

This week we invited Ala and Helena to share their stories on Poland. This Central-European country has been facing a series of issues now: protests were sparkled on the streets after the first death case of the abortion ban recently; LGBTQ+ rights are still threatened by the government’s attempt to introduce anti-queer regulations; Belarus is trying to dump all its refugee immigrants on the Polish border; The Polish constitutional tribunal just rejected the principle that EU laws are primary over its national legislation, which might cause a Polexit in the future.
