Fell asleep during an ad

I’m sure it’s another good Disney podcast, but it kind of drones on and on in monotone and gets boring when you start thinking about stuff as they keep monologuing.

Miami Soul ,

Should be renamed Disney Dump

Two grumpy old men pontificate and complain about Disney (meanwhile Len uses the company to make his salary with Touring Plans). Other theme parks can do no wrong. As an example in a recent episode a survey done by Universal about the monster make-up dives into how much a customer would pay. They applaud the survey for its excellent questions. If Disney had sent the same one they would’ve have bashed it for trying milk every dime out of a customer. It’s really tired. Yes it’s expensive but so is every other theme park. Same episode Jim stammers his support for young families to take their kids to Legoland instead of Disney. I’m officially done with this podcast cause it’s clear what was once an easy and mindless listen has become an agenda for them.

Shut up, Jim.

Half of this show is great. The other half is Jim Hill reading Wikipedia verbatim and trying to act like it’s info he has in his head. You can literally pull up Wikipedia whenever he starts pontificating as if he’s a scholar and follow along as he rips his info from the most dubious source on the internet. The man has no clue what he’s talking about most times, just good at line reading. Len is great though.
