The Diversity Intersection podcast focus is to look at diversity through the lens of multiple intersections that are impacting inclusion and diversity. Intersectionality is not just one thing or one group; it’s multi-dimensional issues about race, class, gender, gender identity, workforce diversity, and supplier diversity. We will explore all of these intersections and many other topics where systemic change can have an impact. We believe racial injustice is occurring in our world today and there’s nothing left to do but, take action through education, outreach, and awareness.
To take on these challenges means being a conduit for implementing systematic changes to address racial inequalities and injustices.
