    Dr. Bhanote is a triple board certified physician with expertise in Integrative Medicine and Anatomic/Clinical Pathology. Known as a health and wellness expert, she has been featured in publications such as in “Shape magazine,” “Mind Body Green,” “Martha Stewart Living,” “Popsugar,” “Bustle,” “Healthcentral,” “Insider,” “Prevention magazine,” and “Healthline,” amongst others.
    Always fascinated by the human body, she has spent the last two decades looking at how all systems in our body affect each other both on a cellular and global level, how disease manifests, and what we can and cannot control. With additional training and certifications in Culinary Medicine, Meditation, Ayurveda, Plant Based Nutrition, and Yoga Medicine, she applies a whole body approach to healing. Her interests include nutrition and the microbiome, the role of stress and inflammation in disease manifestation, applying mindfulness as a lifestyle practice, cancer prevention and survivorship, and improving the health of wellness of individuals through practice, education and research.
    Her mission is to support an integrative approach to well-being, health and happiness by empowering individuals with a framework for an enhanced quality of life through personalized knowledge. She works with individuals, business corporations and medical practices to increase productivity, prevent burnout and disease manifestation, all while living authentically with purpose.

Cassandra began producing a community based studio show called "Bay Sundays" in 2005 and a news magazine show called "Eye On The Bay" in 2006.  After moving to LA in 2007, she began the Production Department at LA’s Premier Hosting Academy where she spent 5 years developing, directing and producing on-air talent.  She soon became the head of production at Magic Box Productions where she produced a series of infomercials for a line of self help books.  Cassandra has gone on to write, produce, direct and edit scripted and non-scripted comedy, lifestyle, news, music videos and much more.  She started documenting women being released from prison in 2013 and calls the project 'After Orange'.  Cassandra is also the founder of 'Host On Camera.com' and Co-Founder of 'FunScreen Media'.

    AFTER ORANGE:
    Started as a documentation project as Cassandra followed Brittany out of prison in 2013.  Cassandra started discovering the housing problem, especially for women who were up for parole with nowhere to go.  In October, 2016, Cassandra opened After Orange: Halfway Home.  Although we were not able to keep that home open, Cassandra and Brittany have partnered up and are on a mission to open a licensed home in Las Vegas.
