Great quick tips on how to start a successful lean journey

Deb gave some great tips on her 2/15 Lean Leadership Strategies episode. I can back up her perspective that leadership needs to be engaged from the start and that introspection is necessary to ensure that embarking on this journey is not a “do as I say, not as I do” exercise in which management expects others to do all the heavy lifting. This is key whenever an effort is started, be it at a mature organization or one that just opened the doors. Definitely worth you time to listen.
