Great exploration of all the problems with diet culture, the fallacy of diet and exercise practices for life-long weight loss, the absolute possibilities of being healthy in the body you have. Emphasis on Intuitive Eating and Internal Family Systems. Listening to Dr. Daniels podcasts helps us to listen to ourselves - our IFS “Parts” and our bodies. Definitely flipped a switch for me - my right now today body and my right now today psyche and my right not today needs of foods/eating. The way forward is so much more positive,

This podcast is truly my lifeline during my darkest times. I have found other podcasts on this topic so triggering, but something about the way the information is delivered (realistically, nuanced, and with a sense of humor) is resonating with me in a way nothing else on this topic has.
