I enjoy this podcast and the many guests. That episode on intergenerational legacy is FANTASTIC! Nikki and Keisha had a great dialogue and Keisha’s explanation and perspective was very thought-provoking

When we think about not fitting in, failures, pivoting, growing and evolving it can be hard to see a clear path forward. Unfortunately, there isn’t guidebook for fitting in (if it was that easy we’d all be doing it already). What’s most powerful about the human experience are our unique stories. We can teach each other so much. Nikki’s podcast celebrates our surviving. She is as gifted as a storyteller as she is in bringing out the best in people’s stories, those teachable moments we can learn from, and the inspiration to get us through when we think we are the only one.
