K Trevor Thompson is based in Austin TX, an accredited investor participating as a limited partner in 18 syndicated deals and a general partner in 1 syndicated deal.

He is currently invested in multifamily apartments, a retail strip mall, a Townhouse to Condo conversion, a Single Family Rental Portfolio Fund, a ground-up Multi-Family Fund, a medical office building, land development, and self-storage in Charlotte NC.

Over the past few years, he has become deeply passionate in learning about Active Real Estate Investing. He's an avid learner, continually connecting with as many like-minded people. He is now an active syndicator in TX through his company, Niagara Investments, LLC.

He shares with us his experience as a businessman scaling into passive investing and how he leverages his retirement accounts to invest in deals.
