The Friday Night Nicktoons Podcast

Whether you love nicktoons or animation in general, this is definitely something that will peak your interest. Listening to co-host Casey and Ashli while they goof around and watch an episode or two of classic nick shows can put anybody in a good mood. You get the memories of nostalgia of watching cartoons with friends whenever you hear the two joke around and review your favorite episodes. I recommend to anyone looking for a good listen.

Okay, so I'm a little biased, but I think this podcast is absolutely delightful. Casey and Ashli have such a good dynamic, and I love the new format they're doing--it really lets them dig in and get to the best of the best. I'm also consistently impressed with the guests they're able to get on We're In Between! Lots of major voice actors, storyboard artists, and writers have made appearances and given some really cool insight on the show. It's so much fun to hear these folks hearken back to a project they all obviously think of fondly and reconnect after all these years. Overall, I love getting this fun blast of nostalgia every week--I didn't grow up with Nicktoons, so this podcast has given me a chance to go back and explore some stuff that I missed as a kid and bond with my current friends over their old favorite episodes. I love it! (Plus, wow, who's that cool guest on the substitute teacher and the Jungle movie episodes? They seem prettttyyy neat)

No, not transformers but the FNN podcast. At first I thought it'd be like any old cartoon related podcast. However, Casey and Ashli share a great dynamic that is made up of humor, insight and all around love for these nicktoons. They also branch out and take rewarding risks such as creating the spin off, "we're in between" which centers on the lesser known Nicktoon, "As Told By Ginger". Not to mention, bringing on interesting and experienced guests in the world of animation. This is a great podcast that I can not recommend highly enough for fans of animation and funny, interesting conversation.
