This podcast is for people who are casually interested in personality types and how they affect the way we interact with the world, and want to learn more about how we can better harness our knowledge of personality types to collaborate better with others.

When listening to BFFs feels like hanging with your own BFFs!
What a FUN show!!! Listening to Bri and Steph chat about personality frameworks, things they’re obsessed with, and the ups and downs of life in general is an awesome way to spend your podcast time. They’re highly relatable, super funny, and also informative! You can tell their friendship is genuine just by listening 💖 I may or may not have binge listened to the first few seasons over just a few weeks so it’s safe to say I’m a fan. Check out this podcast!!!
Great Podcast
I love listening to this podcast. Bri and Stephany do a great job keeping their audience engaged. The topics are always interesting and informative. I like the different views from an introvert and extrovert. I am always disappointed when the episode is over. It is a great podcast.
Thank you for being a friend(ly listen for all occasions)
So I am not a podcast person. I struggle to multitask and often find myself unable to listen to them while doing anything else where my focus or mind seem to wander. But as an avid runner who struggles to keep her easy runs properly slow, I decide to turn to podcasts instead of my usual upbeat playlists. Did I pick this particular one because one of my best friends is the host? Yeah, I did. But did I keep listening because the content is genuinely interesting, their dialogue is genuinely engaging, and I genuinely am able to listen WHILE running? You bet. I’ve learned a lot about myself, my loved ones, and the way I communicate and view the world through their “superficial deep dives” in just the first season and cannot wait to keep listening for many more seasons to come. If even this non-podcast girl loves the friendship paradox, you must give it a listen!!
