Won’t be back. Sometimes people tell on themselves
3 févr.
I used to listen to these as a regular listener, daily for YEARS until the end of last week. Jen went out of her way to mention that February was sort of “tomato/avocado month”, when reading “what month” February is that people should be aware of—going out of her way to not mention black history month in ANY way. For a podcaster that goes out of her way to put her personal opinion on things—even before finishing reading a headline lately—this was pretty telling. Really disappointing, surprising, and says a lot. Won’t be back. What a shame. That’s an extremely huge miss/political statement that is hard to not be perceived as intentional.
Kooky conspiracist

I’ve listened to Jen on my Alexa flash briefings for years now. I’m not even a marketer or even into marketing but she covers other areas so I always found it very interesting and useful. Lately, though, with a possible TikTok ban looming she just sounds like a weirdo conspiracist. She spews wholly inaccurate information to her many listeners and I’m just tired of it. It’s irresponsible and unprofessional and she really needs to educate herself on what our own American-based social media companies do with our data, because it’s not any different than TikTok. She also needs to educate herself on how algorithms work, her theories and reasonings are totally off the wall.

I love this man’s approach to life, learning and being your best self, even if that self is your alter ego. He has inspired and motivated me as well as reminded me to define my vision, stay dedicated with confidence & to be adaptable- Which as a brain injury warrior/ survivor is key. Great podcast! Thanks for sharing Todd to so many more. -bicibits
