I’ve listened to about a third of the available episodes; those designed for “ultra-beginners”. Although I am probably a little further along in my learning (closer to an A2), I found these episodes very useful in developing my listening comprehension. Lola speaks clearly and slowly, stopping every now and then to translate a word into English. The episodes were short enough that I was able to concentrate on them without getting fatigued. The topics were interesting and Lola herself seems sweet and sincere in her desire to teach. There appear to be more advanced episodes available (labeled as ‘conversations’) and I am looking forward to listening to them next. I notice that, as of this review, no episodes have been released this year; I hope she continues this podcast.
