The Future of Fertility Preservation with Dr. Laura Detti

In this episode, we speak with Dr. Laura Detti, the director of the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) department at Baylor College of Medicine. We discuss two of her major research projects: ultrasound measurements in detecting early pregnancy loss and using recombinant AMH for potential fertility preservation applications.
