Customer Reviews
Outstanding Wolfe Podcast
I could spend hours telling you why I love Gene Wolfe’s work. But, if you’re searching for podcasts about his work, you already agree with me. Let me instead tell you that this is the best podcast I have found that covers his work. I’m thrilled to be re-reading Wolfe in chronological order with Glenn and Brandon. I look forward to my morning commute on the days a new episode drops! If you love Wolfe, you should be listening to this podcast.
Long due
I listen to 2 podcasts, and they are both close to my heart. To both, the quote I think perfectly fit the value of your work
From William Wordsworth's The Prelude:
"What we love, others will love, and we will teach them how."
Thank you.
A necessary listen for Wolfe readers
In a surprisingly (and welcome!) crowded field of Gene Wolfe podcasts, this one offers not only two unique voices, and therefore perspectives, on the rich and vast mystery of Wolfe’s literary output, but also the novel approach of reading that output in chronological order. In further comparison with the other podcasts in the field (which I also recommend,) the hosts here offer a slightly more academic approach to the works, and often move at a faster pace.
