Join us for an evening routines choose-your-own adventure! Down one path you'll find orderly calm, and down the other it's boisterous bordering on chaotic.
Do not take detours for shower complaints nor a pre-bedtime cheese stick. Beware your husband's toothbrush in the dark! But do get as specific and quirky as you would like when it comes to getting yourself ready for bed. And don't worry, those late night snacks are off the books.
Just for Friends of the Show, we're sharing our evening skin care routines.

Favorite podcast
I’ve been listening for years but I think recently The Girl Next Door has become my favorite podcast to listen to these days! I love the upbeat, positive vibes and the recent topics have been interesting and engaging— and I love that you’re posting more episodes! Please keep it up - I will listen as much as you want to post! :)
Joyful!
I am so happy whenever I see a new girl next door podcast. Kelsey and Erika are both so warm and comforting and the types of moms and spouses and humans I want to be. There’s nothing quite like listening to a new episode while doing my weekly Trader Joe’s shopping ❤️
Update 7/1/24: I’m so glad they have explored how they can go further with this podcast. The model they’ve chosen for listener-supported content is just right and straightforward - no confusing tiers, just $5. They seem very intentional about everything they do, and appreciate that they don’t take on too much. I feel good about the people I’m supporting! I’m loving the additional content and I’m excited to see what they will do next.
Love these girls! Great topics, different perspectives, witty and entertaining!
I’ve been listening to Kelsey and Erika for years now; they are hands-down my favorite podcasting duo! I look forward to every new episode, knowing that they approach both serious and lighthearted topics with grace, research, thoughtfulness, and much needed humor. I appreciate their different worldviews and always come away with insight from both of them. Way to go, ladies! Keep up the excellent work!
