Meet my friend Danielle. We have known each other since high school and although we haven't seen each other since, we always keep in touch. I made an unsuspected friend my senior year. He was a cowboy and I was a preppy cheerleader, unlikely buddies back then, but he was a true gem. His name was Drew. He was dating Danielle. It wasnt until after my senior year that I heard Drew had been involved in a car accident and had passed away. The same day Danielle found out she was pregnant with their baby girl. Season 2 - Episode 9: Catching up with trainer, mother AND sober girl, Simone Briggs!!!

If you have ever met Simone you know she is an amazing human. She is strong, seriously.... she a trainer! She is resilient and she is SOBER. Listen in while Simone shares her story. We started off with a huge GOD moment and it was truly empowering to hear her outlook. She is currently working the 12 step program and an active member of our local AA community in Boise. Simone is a fitness trainer and has competed in fitness competitions. She has overcome some health complications that almost took her from us.
