If you asked me before doing this challenge, I would have told you much less than was the reality. That is the nature of auditing our lives through challenges to find out our true current state.

My friend Marc and I took on Will Bowen's Complaint Free challenge I'm not sure that either of us knew what to expect. On the backend though, we both came out as better versions of ourselves and this episode dives into those journeys :)
