Firstly this podcast helps those concerned about the environmental (and other) crises to take care of themselves and to keep positive/ going. But it also deals with many “elephants in the room” in conservation and the environment like toxic work environments, cut-throat competition, abuse of volunteers etc etc. An important podcast for troubled times.
